If a purchased product is determined to be faulty within 14 days of the invoice date, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We are not required to provide you with a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we may provide a full refund or replacement within 14 days of the Invoice date, if the product is returned unopened and the packaging is not ripped or damaged in any way.

We may also accept the return or replacement of opened products within 14 days of the invoice date, if the product is returned in a resellable condition that includes the original packaging, listed package contents and documentation.

Opened products returned within 14 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the sale price listed on the original tax invoice.

All returns are subject to inspection by store staff and must include the original tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the abnormal high demand of computer equipment, because of the COVID-19 pandemic from 30/03/2020, we no longer accept CHANGE OF MIND return. Feel free to contact us if you have any inquiry or questions before you make the purchase.

However, normal warranty return is still accepted.


All computer systems prebuilt or custom build by NetPlus Computers include a 12 month ‘return to base’ warranty for parts and labour on the hardware only. Onsite support is not provided by this warranty.

Software faults/issues are not covered by NetPlus Computers under any stated warranty.

Faulty products that are returned to the store after 14 days of the Invoice date are subject to inspection and diagnosis by the Manufacturer, or their service partners, to determine warranty coverage. NetPlus Computers will facilitate the return of these items to the Manufacturer at no cost to the customer.
